Terms and Conditions

1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months. Please refer to the voucher for the last date of registration.
2. A voucher cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
3. The Amazon shopping Vouchers will be shared only on the registered mobile number or email ID.
4. No change of email ID or mobile number will be taken into consideration if the details entered at the time of registration are incorrect.
5. A customer can redeem only one voucher per mobile no per house hold per lifetime.
6. Amazon Shopping Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.amazon.in/vouchers .
7. Amazon Shopping Vouchers can be used to buy discounted products.
8. A voucher can be used to purchase physical products from amazon.in.
9. Vouchers are not applicable for the purchase of digital contents like e-books and video games.
10. Vouchers are not applicable to global stores, recharges, bill payments, ticket booking, or financial products.
11. The voucher is not eligible to buy Amazon Pay gift cards.
12. A voucher cannot be used to pay for a mixed-item order if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
13. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase prescription drugs or fresh products.
14. The offer is open to residents of India over 18 years of age (“participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Mankind Pharma and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
15. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
16. In case of any misuse, reverse engineering, fraud, or disruption caused to the offer by any person, Mankind Pharma and Kikoy Promotions shall have the right to deny participation or eligibility.
17. In cases of force majeure conditions, no liability shall fall upon either party including Acts of God, Governmental actions, or pandemic restrictions.
18. By participating, each participant agrees to hold harmless both parties and affiliates against all liabilities arising from the program.
19. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to amend the offer.
20. The offer cannot be redeemed after expiry and no new voucher will be issued if lost or stolen.
21. If the participant is registered under DND or has opted out of campaign messages, neither Mankind Pharma nor TopRewards are liable.
